The farmhouse has 5 apartments, all equipped with the best comforts: private bathroom with bath or shower, Wi-Fi internet, kitchen or kitchenette. They are all available at any time of the year.
The rooms have typical characteristics of the ancient country houses of the area, and contain wooden beams and terracotta tiles, vaulted ceilings and exposed stone walls. The furnishings inspired by the Umbrian-Tuscan tradition favor space and comfort without neglecting the taste for detail: wrought iron beds, period furniture in solid wood and Deruta ceramics.

The jewel of the Casali del Toppello
Each window of the apartment offers a glimpse of the landscape that embraces the hill, as it occupies the entire first floor of the farmhouse and the stone and wood tell stories of the past. Ideal for large families and groups of friends. The living area develops into a large and bright open space, featuring a living room with fireplace, dining room, study and island kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, freezer and microwave oven. The Dolce Agogia (170 m2) has 8 beds plus a double sofa bed in the living room and a sofa bed in a study, divided into 3 bedrooms each with private bathroom.
- Merlot Room: cozy double room with wrought iron bed, olive wood parquet and exposed beams. Equipped with private bathroom with shower.
- Cabernet Room: spacious room, with large double bed in wrought iron, olive wood parquet and exposed beams, large private bathroom with shower and walk-in closet.
- Sangiovese room: large mezzanine room with exposed beams, with 2 single beds plus a double bed on the mezzanine, equipped with private bathroom with bathtub.
